Small print you need to know…

Mae Kandoo cares about providing excellent customer service.  These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs throughout) are in place so that each customers (‘you’ throughout) understand your rights, roles and responsibilities you and Mae Kandoo (‘us’ and ‘we’ throughout) have when we provide you with goods and/or services.  Please read carefully.  If you do not agree with the T&Cs or would like any information clarified, please contact us via email.

These T&Cs comply with the regulations required for online and distance selling in the UK.  Once you submit and pay for an order, you are making an offer to purchase and forming a contract with Mae Kandoo which is subject to these T&Cs. Using the website and placing an order indicates that you accept the T&Cs.

 

Before your order is confirmed…

…you will be able to check that the details you have provided are correct.  Payment in full is required, using a valid credit or debit card via PayPal before your order can be processed.  We will send you confirmation of your order via email which you should check and save for future reference.

You can cancel your order…

…unless it is a bespoke or personalised product, you can cancel your order . You do not need to give a reason for cancelling but you do need to inform us. You will automatically receive an email from us with information about the order you have placed. You will be asked to check that the details are correct and then to confirm the order. If you want to cancel the order, please do not confirm. Instead, you will need to contact us using the details above to cancel the order.

Delivery…

Your order will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days after full payment has been received.  (Personalised items take longer depending on the product). If the product you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email.  If you would prefer not to wait, you can request an exchange or a refund.  For orders with more than one item, products may be delivered separately if they have been out of stock. Products are delivered by Royal Mail.  When you place your order, you can provide a note about instructions for delivery in line with Royal Mail’s terms of service. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to issues relating to COVID 19 or any other circumstances that are beyond our control.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All items are quality checked before send them so hopefully this won’t be necessary! We do not accept returns for bespoke or personalised items.

Of course, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. You need to notify us within 7 days of receipt. You will be given a reference number to include with the your goods. We can not accept returns or exchanges without your reference number.

We can only exchange products of the same value.

If an item is faulty we would like to offer a replacement. If you chose it because you loved it we don’t want to you to be disappointed!

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty. Please make sure you obtain insurance and proof of posting as we are not responsible for items that are lost once you have posted them. If an item is lost in transit, you will need to provide confirmation from the courier/postal service before a refund can be issued.

You will need to enclose a completed returns or exchange form which you will have received when your order was delivered. As long as the item returned is in the same condition as when it was dispatched, your refund will be issued between 3 – 5 working days.
