Handmade from vintage deck chair fabric, this quirky cushion features an Oyster Catcher wearing an Elizabethan ruff. The wading bird's character is beautifully captured with details created using free motion machine embroidery. Layers of reclaimed fabrics have been combined to add a tactile quality to the bird. Blackadder fans will recognise the Roister Doister reference stitched onto Mae Kandoo's signature style banner. The fully lined envelope style cushion cover is easy to remove for washing and is more durable than others which have a breakable zip finish.
